Postpartum Issues

If you are pregnant or have just had a baby and are experiencing problems adjusting or with your mood, please contact me. More and more helpful information is becoming available to those experiencing these types of problems.

I have a special place in my heart for those going through difficulties with a new baby, as I have had my own personal difficulties. Research has proven that the earlier a woman/family gets help, the sooner they recover.

You can also visit The Center for Postpartum Family Health's website for more information and support about what you are going through.

These are some local resources for help with postpartum mood disorder issues. They are provided as a starting point, and I do not directly endorse any particular practitioner. If you have an unpleasant experience with anyone on this list, please email me so that I can investigate.
